Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Cost
Delivery is free on all orders. There is no minimum spend.

Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched from a UK warehouse. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 
working days from the date of dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking 
information once it has been dispatched.

Delays
Occasionally deliveries take longer than expected due to courier delays or 
stock issues. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email us 
and we'll sort it out.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be held responsible 
for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always try 
to help.
