The pillow
How is this different from a normal pillow?
A normal pillow supports your head. This one is shaped around your neck and shoulder as well, with four contoured zones and two different heights depending on how you sleep.
Which side do I use?
The taller side if you sleep on your side. The lower side if you sleep on your back. Most people use both across a night, and that's fine.
Is it firm?
It's memory foam, so it's supportive rather than soft. It takes most people a few nights to get used to. That's normal, and it's why the trial is 30 nights and not 3.
What if I sleep on my front?
Honestly, contoured pillows aren't ideal for front sleeping. If you sleep mostly on your front, this probably isn't the pillow for you, and we'd rather tell you that now than take your money.
What size is it?
64cm by 34cm. The front edge is 13.97cm high, the back edge is 11.93cm. It fits a standard pillowcase.
How long does it take to get used to?
Most people need a week or two. Your neck has spent years settling into a bad position, and changing that feels strange at first. Give it a fortnight before you judge it.
Care
Will it smell when I unbox it?
Memory foam can have a faint smell out of the packaging. Leave it out of the bag for 24 hours and it goes.
Can I wash it?
The cover comes off and goes in the machine at 30°C. Don't wash the foam core itself, and don't tumble dry it.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
2 to 5 working days. It ships from a UK warehouse, not from overseas.
How much is delivery?
Free, on every order, with no minimum spend.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. UK only for now.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and tracking as soon as it's dispatched.
Returns
What if I don't like it?
Email us within 30 nights of it arriving and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no conditions.
Do I have to send the pillow back?
Usually not, for hygiene reasons. If we do ask you to return it, return postage is at your own cost.
How long does a refund take?
Within 5 working days of us agreeing it, back to the card you paid with.

Why don't you have any reviews?
Because we're new and we haven't got any yet. We're not going to invent them. That's what the 30-night trial is for: you don't have to trust us, you just have to be willing to send it back if it's not right.

OVRA is a small UK operation. One product, one pillow, sourced and sold properly. If you email us, you get us, not a call centre.
